1 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the tbaj platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — the "For Ages 21+ Only" policy is strictly enforced.
• Each individual may open only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious activity is detected, tbaj reserves the right to investigate and suspend any account.

2 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following specific conditions apply to financial transactions on the tbaj platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• tbaj supports only three payment methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are accepted.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• tbaj may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal request.
• tbaj reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account registered in your own name.

3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The following conditions must be followed when claiming and using tbaj promotional offers:

• Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.
• Wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount must be wagered. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 total wagering must be completed before withdrawal.
• The bonus is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be stated in the offer description.
• tbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will expire.

4 VIP Program & Rewards System

The tbaj VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active play. VIP benefits cannot be converted to cash and may expire if an account is closed or remains inactive for an extended period. tbaj reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

5 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

Playing fairly and honestly on the tbaj platform is mandatory. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of cheating, manipulation, or attempt to tamper with the software.
• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or sharing account credentials with a third party.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to tbaj systems or networks.
• Harassing other players or tbaj staff.
• Attempting to play using automated bots or scripts.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, tbaj reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all balances.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an unusual result occurs due to a technical error, that round will be voided.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• RTP (Return to Player) is determined by the game provider and independently verified.

9 Account Closure & Service Termination

tbaj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Extended period of inactivity.
• At the player's own request.

An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before account closure; however, this may not apply in cases of fraudulent activity.

12 Changes to Terms
